Abstract

An ecological design method of the steel slag asphalt concrete material belongs to the technical field of material ecological design. According to the characteristics of the ecological design method,a comprehensive evaluation model for the ecological design of the steel slag asphalt concrete material integrating performance, resource consumption and environmental influence evaluation is constructed. The method is divided into a planning stage, a scheme making stage, a scheme verification stage and an implementation stage. The method comprises determining a reference and an evaluation target for the ecological design of a target material; determining a technical scheme of integrally utilizing the waste slag, optimizing component design, and optimizing a production process according to a targeted key technology; determining a comprehensive evaluation scheme by analyzing the characteristics of performance, resource consumption, and environment load of the steel slag asphalt concrete material; determining a data collection scheme by formulating a collection plan, a system boundary and a specification of the environmental load foundation data; and determining an optimal ecological design scheme by verifying the feasibility of the prototype scheme to obtain a comprehensive decision result.
