Abstract

The method is operated in an FPGA of a motor simulator to ensure that simulation periods can be shortened to be below 100ns, thereby improving the sampling precision of signal acquisition of to-be-tested controllers and then improving the accuracy of tracking waveforms of current. The method comprises the following steps of:judging whether an absolute value of an average value of each phase of current in all the pieces of practical three-phase current data obtained in a preset period is greater than a preset first current threshold value or not; and if the judging result is positive, stopping outputting a control signal to a motor simulator. According to the method and device, the current sizes are effectively restricted, to-be-tested controllers and motor simulators are prevented from being burnt in test verification processes, and then the personal safety of testers is ensured.
