Abstract

The invention discloses a biological desulfurization method of biogas. The biological desulfurization method of the biogas comprises the following steps of: preparing a nutrient stock solution from compound fertilizer, urea and water, mixing liquid which contains a microbial strain with the nutrient stock solution evenly so as to obtain a nutrient solution, and spraying the nutrient solution circularly into a desulfurization tower so as to achieve propagation of the microbial strain in the nutrient solution; detecting the content of hydrogen sulfide in the biogas at an outlet in the desulfurization tower, and gradually regulating the amount of the biogas introduced from an inlet until the content of hydrogen sulfide at the outlet end of the desulfurization tower meets a technical index when the flow of the inlet biogas reaches a maximum, wherein the nutrient solution already contains enough microorganisms at the time; and conducting water supplement on the desulfurization tower, and supplementing oxygen to the desulfurization tower; when the number of the microorganisms in the nutrient solution reaches a standard, no addition of the microbial strain is needed, and the microorganisms can reproduce by themselves in the nutrient solution, so that self-sufficiency is achieved; in addition, sulphuric acid is generated by hydrogen sulfide and oxygen in the biogas under the catalysisaction of the microorganisms, so that hydrogen sulfide is separated from the biogas, formation of sulphur dioxide through biogas combustion is avoided, and the environment is protected.
