Abstract

The invention provides a surface-based intraoperative registration method. The method comprises the steps as follows: receiving patient face three-dimensional point cloud information sent by a three-dimensional scanner; receiving a position matrix sent by optical tracking equipment, wherein the position matrix is the position matrix of the three-dimensional scanner in a space coordinate system ofthe optical tracking equipment in the patient face scanning process; performing initial registration on the patient face three-dimensional point cloud information and CT (computed tomography) data ofthe face of a patient before operation to obtain an initial transfer matrix from the CT data to the real space coordinate system where the patient is located; determining a transfer matrix from the three-dimensional scanner to the coordinate system of the optical tracking equipment; determining a target transfer matrix according to the position matrix, the initial transfer matrix and the transfermatrix; transferring the CT data to the real space coordinate system where the patient is located on the basis of the target transfer matrix. The invention also discloses neuronavigation equipment. Bymeans of the surface-based intraoperative registration method and the neuronavigation equipment, the intraoperative registration accuracy and the intraoperative registration can be improved.
