Embodiment Construction

[0047] figure 1 A three-dimensional front view of a first carrier 1 for accommodating a ring-shaped component 2 in the form of a bearing ring here and for chemically or galvanically coating the component 2 in an electrolytic bath is shown. The first bracket 1 includes a carrying frame 1a, a first drive unit 3 and four second drive units 4, and each second drive unit 4 has a horizontally arranged first lateral support structure 5. The first carriage 1 further includes a driving motor 6 for driving the first driving unit 3 , wherein the first driving unit 3 is connected with four second driving units 4 in a manner of driving these second driving units. In addition, the first bracket 1 also includes pairs of longitudinal axes L of each first transverse support structure 5 that can be around the drive pin (see figure 2 ) rotating horizontally arranged driving pins 8a, 8b for accommodating the ring-shaped member 2, the driving pins are arranged on the first lateral support structu...

Abstract

The invention relates to a frame for receiving annular components, in particular bearing rings or cages of rolling bearings or plain bearings, and for chemically or galvanically coating the componentsin an electrolyte bath. The frame comprises: a support frame which has at least one first drive unit, at least one second drive unit, and at least one horizontally arranged first transverse bracing,at least one drive motor for driving the at least one first drive unit, wherein the at least one first drive unit is drivingly connected to the at least one second drive unit; and at least two horizontally arranged drive pins, which can be rotated about their longitudinal axes and which are arranged on the at least one first transverse bracing, for receiving the annular components. The at least two drive pins are connected to the at least one second drive unit (4) so as to be driven by the at least second drive unit. The invention further relates to a method for chemically or galvanically coating annular components.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a bearing ring or cage for receiving an annular component, in particular a rolling bearing or plain bearing, and a carrier for chemically or galvanically coating the component in an electrolytic bath. The invention also relates to a method for the chemical or galvanic coating of annular components, in particular bearing rings or cages of rolling or sliding bearings, in an electrolytic bath. Background technique [0002] Carriers are known for the chemical or galvanic coating of components in electrolytic baths, in which the components to be coated are fastened, in particular clamped, on the carrier. In this case, the components are fastened to a carrier and the carrier is introduced by means of a lifting mechanism into various electrolytic baths to apply a chemical or galvanic coating. The disadvantage here is that, after coating, coating defects can be seen in the region of the contact points between component and carrier, wh...
