Abstract

The invention relates to a material adding system. The material adding system comprises a container, a gyroscope, a sensor, an execution mechanism and a controller, wherein the container is used for storing materials to be supplied outwards, and does reciprocating circular motion around a preset axis when the material adding system works; the gyroscope is used for measuring the inclination angle of the container; the sensor is installed on the container and is used for outputting signals showing the situations of detecting or not detecting the materials when the materials exist or do not existin the sending range of the sensor; the execution mechanism can be used for filling the materials into the container; and the controller is coupled to the gyroscope, the sensor and the execution mechanism, is used for, based on the signal output by the sensor, judging whether the current remaining quantity of the materials in the container is smaller than a specified number threshold value or notwhen the inclination angle of the container measured by the gyroscope reaches a preset angle, and is used for promoting the execution mechanism to add a preset quantity of materials into the container when the judgment result is positive. According to the material adding system, material waste and out-of-plan shutdown can be reduced or avoided.
