Abstract

The vertical transition structure comprises a lower dielectric plate, an upper dielectric plate, a bondingpad, a coaxial dielectric outer core, a coaxial probe, a tuning circular seam and a continuous transformation circuit, wherein the continuous transformation circuit is clamped between the upper dielectric plate and the lower dielectric plate; Metallizing via hole are formed in the periphery of the continuous transformation circuit at equal intervals; the coaxial is inserted from the bottom of thelower dielectric plate, and is welded with the bonding pad on the top of the upper dielectric plate after passing through the lower dielectric plate, the continuous transformation circuit and the upper dielectric plate; the coaxial dielectric outer core is used for wrapping the part, which is not inserted into the lower dielectric plate, of the coaxial probe; and the tuning circular seam is positioned on the outer side of the bonding pad.
