Problems solved by technology

[0004] The antibacterial agents used in the above patents are mainly nano-silver single substance antibacterial agents. However, the bactericidal ability of nano-silver is limited. Only using nano-silver as an antibacterial agent, the bactericidal strength and the breadth of the bactericidal spectrum need to be improved; When the cloth is antibacterially treated, the process is cumbersome and the process is expensive; and due to the characteristics of nano-silver itself, the antibacterial non-woven fabric produced is prone to discoloration, and it is difficult to apply to light-colored non-woven fabrics.

Embodiment 1

[0053] Embodiment 1: A kind of non-woven composite antibacterial agent, each component and its corresponding weight percentage are as shown in Table 1, and prepare and obtain through the following steps:

[0054] Step 4, dissolving the polyhexamethylene guanidine salt antibacterial agent and the cationic quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent in pure water, stirring evenly, and stirring evenly under a closed condition of 45-55°C to form a mixed solution;

[0055] Step five, after the mixed solution obtained in step four was left to stand for 10 minutes, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, polyethylene glycol, dioctadecyldimethylammonium chloride were added to the mixed solution, and the Stir in the temperature range of ℃ for 5 minutes until the mixture is evenly stirred, and keep it still for more than 10 minutes under airtight conditions, then take the supernatant to obtain a non-woven fabric composite antibacterial agent.

Abstract

The invention discloses a nonwoven fabric composite antibacterial agent and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical fields of disinfectants and bactericides. The composite antibacterial agent comprises following components in percentage by weight: 15 to 40% of polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride antibacterial agent or polyhexamethylene guanidine antibacterial agent; 1 to10% of cation quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent; 1 to 2.5% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether; 0.4 to 2% of polyethylene glycol, 0.5 to 1.5% of dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride;and the balance being pure water, wherein the total percentage by weight is 100%. By compounding a polyhexamethylene guanidine antibacterial agent and a cation quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent, the bactericidal effect is enhanced, the bactericidal performance is improved, the bactericidal spectrum is enlarged, moreover, the antibacterial agent can be firmly adsorbed on nonwoven fabricsand is difficult to fall off, and the washing fastness of the antibacterial agent is increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of bactericidal disinfectants, more specifically, it relates to a non-woven composite antibacterial agent and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Non-woven fabric is a new type of fiber product with soft, breathable and planar structure formed by short textile fibers or filaments through web forming method and consolidation technology. With the improvement of human living standards and the enhancement of health awareness, antibacterial products are increasingly favored by people, and antibacterial nonwoven fabrics produced by antibacterial treatment of nonwoven fabrics are also increasingly marketable. The antibacterial agents currently used in the production of non-woven fabrics are mainly nano-silver antibacterial agents, but they cannot meet the actual needs of antibacterial non-woven fabrics. [0003] Disclosed a kind of preparation method based on the non-woven fabric of nano-si...
