The system comprises a light detector which is used for detecting the indoor light intensity value, a controller which is connected with thelight detector and is used for uploading the indoor light intensity value to a cloud platform through a communicator and controlling the brightness of an indoor lamp according to indoor lamp control parameters sent by the cloud platform, and the communicator which is used for communication between the controller and the cloud platform. According to the indoor light adjustment system provided by the invention, the indoor light intensity value is uploaded to the cloud platform through the communicator; according to the indoor lamp control parameters sent by the cloud platform, the brightness ofthe indoor lamp is controlled, and the indoor light is remotely adjusted; and a user who is not on the spot can control the indoor light through a mobile phone lamp terminal device.
