Abstract

The device comprisesrail systems and a deviation detecting system. The rail systems are mounted at two sides in the compartment. The left side of the compartment is provided with two sliding tracks, namely a first sliding track and a second sliding track. The first sliding track is provided with at least one first electric slide block. The second sliding track is provided with at least one second movable slide block. The offset detecting system comprises a laser transmitter and a laser receiver. The second movable slide block is provided with the laser transmitter. Compared with prior art, the railway transportation steel coil cargo state monitoring device has advantages of realizing high effect in detecting cargo deviation, and preventing damages such as non-uniform track force-bearing and train body overthrowing caused by cargo deviation.
