Abstract

The invention discloses a slotted hole for connection of high-stability pipe fittings and a machining method thereof. A mother tube and a son tube are included. The mother tube is composed of a main tube, open slots, an annular groove, fixing grooves and fixing screw holes. The open slots are inlaid on the upper side and the lower side of an opening on the left side of the main tube. The annular groove is formed on the inner side of the open slots. The middle of the annular groove is connected with the fixing grooves. Each fixing groove is composed of a straight groove and buckle grooves, wherein the straight groove is connected with the annular groove, and the lower side of the straight groove is provided with the buckle grooves; the fixing screw holes are formed on the upper side and thelower side of the fixing groove. The fixing screw holes are inlaid in the main tube. The son tube is composed of a metal tube and buckles. The buckles are welded to the upper side and the lower sideof the metal tube. Each buckle is composed of a metal block. The slotted hole for connection of the pipe fittings are machined through the five steps of measuring, slotting, drilling, welding, and polishing grinding.
