Abstract

The invention provides a device for simulation of well drilling in a frozen soil zone and belongs to the field of well drilling. The device comprises a simulation experiment device, a hot water circulating injecting device and a data collecting and analyzing device, and the simulation experiment device is used for simulating well drilling in the frozen soil zone. The simulation experiment device comprises simulated frozen soil, a simulated well part, a simulated drilling column and a simulated drill bit, the simulated well part is formed in the simulated frozen soil, when the simulated drilling column and the simulated drill bit are arranged in the simulated well part, a gap is reserved between the simulated drilling column and the well wall of the simulated well part, and the simulated well part can downwards move. The hot water circulated injecting device is used for injecting a drilling fluid into the simulated drilling column, controlling the temperature of the drilling fluid and enabling the drilling fluid to be circulated in the simulated drilling column, the simulated drill bit, the gap and the hot water circulated injecting device. The data collecting and analyzing device is used for collecting parameters of the simulated well part in the downwards-moving process and determining the change rule of the parameters along with downward moving of the simulated well part. According to the device for simulation of well drilling in the frozen soil zone, the rule of well part sinking in the process of well drilling in the frozen soil zone can be simulated, and thus reliablereference is provided for actual well drilling.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of well drilling, in particular to a device for simulating well drilling in permafrost zones. Background technique [0002] Since the beginning of the 21st century, the demand for oil and natural gas resources in countries around the world has risen linearly. However, with the continuous reduction of oil and gas resources in conventional areas, the development of oil and gas resources worldwide has gradually developed to the deep sea and polar tundra. In 2009, the U.S. Geological Survey released a report stating that the unproven oil reserves and natural gas reserves in the Arctic accounted for 13% and 30% of the oil and gas reserves in conventional areas, respectively, and the polar regions may become another core area for oil and gas development after the ocean. Petroleum companies in countries such as Russia, Norway, the United States and Canada have all developed a strong interest in polar oil and gas resources, a...
