Abstract

Disclosed are a positioning and clamping mechanism and a laser processing system which are used for positioning and clamping during machining of crisp and hard materials. The positioning and clampingmechanism comprises a base and a clamping assembly. The clamping assembly comprises a telescopic cylinder, a connecting rod, a driving wheel, a driven wheel, an annular conveying belt and clamping heads arranged in pairs, wherein the telescopic cylinder is installed on the base; the driving wheel and the driven wheel are rotationally arranged on the base; the annular conveying belt is tensioned onthe driving wheel and the driven wheel; the power output end of the telescopic cylinder is hinged to the connecting rod; the connecting rod is connected with the driving wheel in a circumferential limiting mode; the clamping heads arranged in pairs are installed on the annular conveying belt, and clamping space is formed between the clamping heads arranged in pairs; and the driving wheel can rotate relative to the base to enable the annular conveying belt to rotate, and therefore the clamping heads arranged in pairs can get close to clamp workpieces located in the clamping force. The clampingheads make gentle contact with the glass workpieces by controlling the annular conveying belt, the contact stress is greatly reduced, glass is not damaged, and the yield is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of laser processing equipment, in particular to a positioning and clamping mechanism and a laser processing system. Background technique [0002] Glass is a kind of hard and brittle material. The traditional flat glass processing relies on the contact processing of special tools and machine tools. This processing method produces large stress on glass and low yield. In recent years, with the gradual maturity of laser technology, equipment for non-contact cold processing of glass using ultraviolet lasers has gradually entered the market. This type of equipment has the characteristics of good precision, fast efficiency and high yield. The high precision of laser processing puts forward high technical requirements for the positioning device of the glass plate. [0003] The inventor found in the research that the traditional hard and brittle materials such as glass have at least the following disadvantages in the process...
