A nano catalytic desulfurization combustion-supporting energy saving agent comprises following components in percentage by weight: 0.3 to 10% of nano catalyst, 5 to 10% of promoter, 50 to 70% of sulfur fixing agent, and 25 to 30% of combustion-supporting decoking agent. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials according to the weight percentages of each component, then individually grinding and milling the promoter, the sulfur fixing agent, and the combustion-supporting decoking agent at a room temperature, and finally evenly mixing the powder with the nano catalyst at a room temperature. The provided energy saving agent can prominently promote the combustion of coal, improves the heat efficiency of boilers, and removes sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in flue gas.
