The terminal panels andthe horizontal wiring slots are alternately arranged from the bottom to the top. The left and right sides of the frame body are the jump fiber storage areas. The jump fiber storage components of the jump fiber storage areas are provided with bobbins. Each set of jump fiber storage component is provided with multiple bobbins so as to form column bobbins. The "W"-shaped wiring mode is used, the fiber outgoing length of the fiber storage areas is controlled by adjusting the shape of "W" and the whole fiber arrangement is orderly without mutual interference.
