Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a data transmission method and device. The method is applied to a wireless communication system. The system comprises an access point and a plurality of sites,wherein each site transmits data through a narrowband channel and the access point; and a first site transmits data through a first narrowband channel and the access point. The method comprises the following steps that: when a counter of the first narrowband channel retreats to 0, the access point determines that at least one second site transmits data on a narrowband channel other than the firstnarrowband channel; and when the at least one second site completes data transmission and the first narrowband channel is determined to be idle, the access point transmits data to be transmitted to the first site through the first narrowband channel. Through adoption of the data transmission method and device, cooperation of a plurality of narrowband channels is realized, namely, the plurality ofnarrowband channels can transmit data, and the interference of transmission narrow channels with signals on receiving narrow channels under the situation that the access point transmits data on a part of channels and receives data on a part of narrow channels is avoided.
