Abstract

The invention discloses an energy consumption test testing system in operation processes of an electric vehicle. The system comprises an electric energy consumption detection subsystem and a chassis dynamometer system. The electric energy consumption detection subsystem is used for detecting and storing current and voltage signals of a power cell, and calculating current consumption, current consumption, capacitance consumption and electric energy consumption of the power cell according to the current and voltage signals so as to obtain effects on electric energy consumption of the electric vehicle imposed by energy recycling of the electric vehicle. The chassis dynamometer system is mainly used for testing automobile driving wheel output power, driving torque and automobile speed and simulating load borne by the automobile in actual running processes. According to the invention, real-time recording and analysis of energy consumption in the operation processes of the electric vehicle are achieved; and a problem that only the electric energy output by the electric vehicle is tested and effects on the energy consumption imposed by the energy recycling is ignored in the energy consumption test of the electric vehicle currently is solved.
