A belt arranging assembly comprises a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a belt wound around the driving and driven wheels, a tester comprises a roller wheel abutting against the belt and a spring, the surface of the roller wheel abuts against the inner side of the belt, the roller wheel is connected with the spring via two connecting arms, the belt penetrates space between the two connecting arms, the spring acts a pulling force on the roller wheel, and a dynamometer for detecting bearing of the spring is arranged in the upper end portion of the spring. According to the belt test assembly of the stretcher, the roller wheel and the belt play an upward lifting role, the tightness of the belt can be tested and adjusted simultaneously, and when the pulling force measured by the dynamometer is lower than a set value, the test assembly raises the alarm.
