Abstract

The industrial control interlocking method includes steps of 1, establishing redundant GOOSE double networks and MMS (multimedia messaging service) monitoring double networks and allowing industrial measurement and control devices to access the GOOSE double networks and the MMS monitoring doublenetworks via switches by the aid of independent network cards; 2, receiving and transmitting GOOSE messages by the aid of the industrial measurement and control devices via the GOOSE double networks;3, carrying out GOOSE network on-off detection and relevant logical judgment by the aid of the industrial measurement and control devices, transmitting GOOSE link breakage alarm to backgrounds via the MMS monitoring double networks after the fact that channel links of the GOOSE double networks are broken is detected, or analyzing the GOOSE messages by the aid of the industrial measurement and control devices to output corresponding signals if the channel links of the GOOSE double networks are not broken, and carrying out actions of corresponding outlets by the aid of logical configuration. The GOOSE messages are provided with retransmission mechanisms, a unique code is set for each GOOSE message, data of the same GOOSE message are transmitted via the GOOSE double networks, and only one ofthe GOOSE messages with the identical codes can be received by each industrial measurement and control device.
