The acid removal device comprises multiple digestion tubes, a heater comprising a heating flat plate of which the upper surface is provided with multiple vertical heatingholes, a digestion tube support frame provided with digestion tube vertical guide sleeves corresponding to the multiple vertical heating holes, wherein the digestion tube vertical guide sleeves are located above the corresponding vertical heating holes, and multiple self-adaptive heating isolation devices which are corresponding to the vertical heating holes, wherein the self-adaptive heating isolation device comprises a guide slide block sliding in the vertical heating hole, a reset compression spring between the bottom surface of the vertical heating hole and the guide slide block, a thermalinsulation support plate for supporting the digestion tubes above the guide slide block and a connection rod connecting the guide slide block and the thermal insulation support plate.
