The pushing portion of the driving part, the projection part of the rotating mechanism, and the internal projections of the base portion are provided with inclined surfaces. When the actuator is pressed, the projection part of the rotating mechanism is pushed out of the internal groove of the base portion. When the actuator is released, the projection part of the rotating mechanism slides across the pushing portion of the driving part and the internal projections of the base portion, and then the projection part slides into an adjacent internal groove of the base portion, and thus the rotating mechanism rotates.
