Problems solved by technology

During the lifting process of the crane at sea, the ship and the crane will pitch, roll and heave with the waves. These movements will cause the lifting load to swing. Impact, causing potential safety hazards, on the other hand, prone to collisions, resulting in damage to lifting objects, especially for relatively expensive underwater detection equipment such as ROV, it is required to prevent swinging and ensure safety during the lifting process
[0003] At present, the structure of the anti-sway device on the marine single-arm lifting equipment is relatively complicated, and it is difficult to promote it. At the same time, the anti-sway effect is not satisfactory

Abstract

The invention relates to a lifting and anti-shaking device for a marine crane. The lifting and anti-shaking device comprises a telescopic crane main arm arranged transversely along a hull and a pair of lazy arm fixing brackets symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the telescopic crane main arm. The side surfaces of the lazy arm fixing brackets are connected with the telescopic crane main armthrough bolts. The lower bottom surfaces of the lazy arm fixing brackets are connected with an anti-shaking connecting seat. Hinge brackets are welded to the two sides of the lower end surface of theanti-shaking connecting seat. A supporting rod rotating seat is connected with the hinge brackets through pin shafts. The middle of the lower end surface of the anti-shaking connecting seat is fixedlyprovided with a lifting pulley group used for lifting an object. One end of a supporting rod is hinged to the supporting rod rotating seat. The other end of the supporting rod is hinged to a supporting disc. One end of an anti-shaking compensating cylinder is hinged to an oil cylinder supporting seat fixedly arranged at the lower part of the telescopic crane main arm. The other end of the anti-shaking compensating cylinder is hinged to the supporting disc. A tilt sensor is arranged on the telescopic crane main arm. The top of the supporting disc is provided with a raised structure used for clamping the lifted object. The lifting and anti-shaking device has the functions of fixing and swinging preventing when the marine telescopic crane lifts the object on the sea and protect operation safety of equipment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a lifting and lowering anti-sway device of a marine crane, which is suitable for anti-swaying and fixing when a telescopic crane lifts and lowers objects at sea, and belongs to the technical field of marine cranes. Background technique [0002] Marine cranes are special cranes that operate at sea, and are mainly used for important tasks such as transport and transfer of ship cargo, replenishment at sea, launching and recovery of underwater operating equipment, etc. During the lifting process of the crane at sea, the ship and the crane will pitch, roll and heave with the waves. These movements will cause the lifting load to swing. Impacts cause potential safety hazards. On the other hand, collisions are prone to occur, resulting in damage to lifting objects. Especially for relatively expensive underwater detection equipment such as ROV, it is required to prevent swinging and ensure safety during the lifting and lowering process....
