The fuel line reverse connection preventing system with the fuel filter comprises the fuel filter, four pipelines and two connectors, wherein four fuel ports are formed in the fuel filter; each fuel port is connected with the corresponding pipeline; and a one-way valve is arranged on each pipeline. By setting of fuel line trends in the fuel filter and setting of guiding of the one-way valves, the fuel filter is optionally connected with a fuel inlet tube and a fuel outlet tube, forward connection and reverse connection are not distinguished, and therefore, reveres connection of the fuel filter is avoided. The invention further discloses a fuel filter used in the fuel line reverse connection preventing system with the fuel filter. The invention also discloses an engine which uses the fuel line reverse connection preventing system with the fuel filter.
