The fuel cell provided by the invention has the advantages that the best fuel cell stack fastened with a load can be reliably applied in the laminating direction of the fuel cell under the condition of a small and light structure; besides, the fuel cell stack applied to an external load of the fuel cell can be borne reliably with a simple structure and few components; and the fastening tie islow in cost and convenient and efficient in mounting and dismounting, and tightness degree of the fastening tie can be easily adjusted.
