Embodiment Construction

[0022] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, preferred embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below.

[0023] 1. Disinfection treatment of utensils and warehouses

[0024] Refer to the relevant national or local standards for citrus storage. Before fruit harvesting, the utensils and warehouses used in the processing and storage process should be disinfected to prevent additional rot loss of stored fruits caused by the presence of invasive microorganisms in utensils and warehouses.

[0025] 2. Fruit selection and processing

[0026] (1) Raw material selection:

[0027] It is required to strictly control the maturity and freshness of raw materials (the fruit has no mechanical damage, no pests and diseases, no rot, the sepals of the fruit pedicle are green, and there is no browning), and the fruit is medium in size.

[0028] (2) Pretreatment

[0029] Wash with tap water to remove residual dirt on ...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of citrus postharvest biologics and in particular relates to a preservative and application thereof in sweet orange postharvest preservation. The preservative comprises 1% soluble chitosan, 1.5% CaCl2, 200mu M L-Arg, and emulsifiers (AEO3, AEO7, AEO9 and oleic acid each of which accounts for 5% of preservative stoste). The technique is simple to operate, good in feasibility and easy in industrial production, rotting caused by pathogenic microorganisms in the preservation process is effectively controlled, and the problems such as senescence and abscission of pedicels, quality deterioration of fruits, and the like can be effectively retarded. The preservative has a preservation and freshening effect approximate to those of conventional chemical disinfectants. The preservative has the characteristics of being remarkable in freshening effect, non-toxic and simple and feasible in treatment method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of post-harvest citrus biology, and in particular relates to an antiseptic and fresh-keeping agent and its application in post-harvest fresh-keeping of sweet oranges. Background technique [0002] Prochloraz: Prochloraz (N-propyl-N-[2-(2,4,6-trichlorophenoxy)ethyl]-imidazole-1-carboxamide) is a broad-spectrum fungicide, It is a low-toxicity pesticide. Prochloraz has obvious control effects on various crop diseases caused by Ascomycetes and Deuteromycetes, and it can also be mixed with most fungicides, all of which have good control effects. It can treat and eradicate various diseases of fruits and vegetables. It is often used in combination with 2,4-D for fruit dipping treatment to prevent stalk rot, penicillium, green mold, anthracnose and other diseases during the storage period of citrus fruits. [0003] 2,4-D: 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) is a commonly used plant growth regulator and a synth...
