Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: a database searches resource data according to a received query instruction, wherein the resource data stored in the database are obtained in the following manner: a VC data collection platform periodically obtains the query instruction from the database, and obtains destination resource data collected by a target terminal node according to the query instruction via a target gateway node and a target routing node.
