Abstract
The invention discloses a method for simultaneously detecting 32 recessive added pesticide components in a pesticide. The method comprises the following steps: (A) sample pretreatment: uniformly blending a pesticide sample, accurately weighing the sample and putting into a centrifuge tube, adding acetone, carrying out vortex vibration and centrifugation, accurately sucking the supernate into the centrifuge tube, adding normal hexane, and carrying out vortex vibration and centrifugation for later use; (B) mechanical testing solution treatment: introducing volume fixed solution into the centrifuge tube, adding an internal standard solution, fixing the volume by virtue of normal hexane, and uniformly mixing for detection; and (C) mass spectrum determination: carrying out qualitative and quantitative analysis on a to-be-detected solution in the step (B) by virtue of a gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer. According to the method, the problem of a detection blank in the detection of the recessive added pesticide components in the agricultural input pesticide is solved, the 32 recessive added pesticide components in the pesticide are simultaneously analyzed once by virtue of the principle that a mass spectrometry detector has high sensitivity and selectivity, and rapid, quantitative and qualitative detection of the 32 recessive added pesticide components in the pesticide is realized; and the method is suitable for the detection and analysis of large-batch samples.
