Cold air at a cold end of the overlapped heat pump is introduced into the work region air cycle loop so as to realize air ventilation, temperature adjustment and gathering of gases of VOC (Volatile Organic Compound)s of a work region; output air of the work region air cycle loop is introduced into a low-temperature adsorption region of the adsorption rotary wheel to realize adsorption of the gases of the VOCs; hot air at a hot end of the overlapped heat pump is introduced into a high-temperature desorption region of the adsorption rotary wheel to realize desorption of the gases of the VOCs in an adsorption material; and fresh air is introduced into a cooling and regenerating region of the adsorption rotary wheel to realize cooling on the adsorption material.
