Abstract

A modularized radar transmitter high-voltage power DC-AC converter circuit comprises a control board and a power conversion board module. The control board module comprises an overshoot control circuit, a protection circuit, a signal generating circuit and a driving circuit. The power conversion board module comprises a full-bridge conversion circuit. The overshoot control circuit, by detecting a specific value of high-voltage power supply output voltage to boot delay voltage, monitors the charging current and voltage of the high-voltage power supply. The protection circuit detects a case that a high-voltage power supply deviates from a default value and protects the power supply in case of deviation. The signal generating circuit generates a full-bridge conversion circuit driving control signal. The driving circuit amplifies the full-bridge conversion circuit driving control signal and excites and drives the power switch of the full-bridge conversion circuit. The full-bridge conversion circuit converts input DC voltage into AC voltage output through different switch states. The modularized radar transmitter high-voltage power DC-AC converter circuit improves the output power control ability of a converter and the adaptability of the converter to the distribution parameters of a high-voltage transformer, and realizes versatility.
