The composite fabric sequentially comprises a heating layer, a waterproof, windproof and breathable layer and a nylon filament yarn layer from inside to outside, wherein the waterproof, windproof and breathable layer is laminated with the nylon filament yarn layer; the heating layer is connected with the waterproof, windproof and breathable layer in a detachable way; the heating layer comprises a flexible graphene film; the nylon filament yarn layer is formed by interweaving multiple warp yarns and weft yarns; the side surfaces of the warp yarns and the weft yarns are respectively coated with a fluorescent material; an electronic layer is arranged on the surface, far away from the waterproof, windproof and breathable layer, of the nylon filament yarn layer; the electronic layer comprises a plurality of independently running surface-mounted light-emitting diode (LED) lamp beads and flexible leads electrically connected with the surface-mounted LED lamp beads.
