The assembly is composed of a prestressed pipe, a magnetic flux protective shell, an excitation coil, an induction coil, a temperature sensor and a coil skeleton. The prestressed pipe is used for realizing penetration of a steel cable. The magnetic flux protective shell coating the outside of a skeleton is used for shielding interference caused by a magnetic field and other signals. The excitation coil and the induction coil wind around the coil skeleton. The excitation coil is used for generating a magnetic field. The induction coil is used for measuring a change of a magnetic flux, generating a sensing voltage, transmitting the voltage to an external signal acquisition processing device, and measuring a prestressed force of the steel cable. The temperature sensor is used for measuring the temperature around the steel cable.
