The method comprises the steps of (A) selecting explants, namely adopting a plant which healthy grows and is free of diseases and pests as a stock plant, chipping a top-end young stem as an explant; (B) carrying out explant treatment, namely carrying out disinfection treatment on the explant by adopting alcohol and a mercury chloride solution successively; (C) carrying out proliferation, namely selecting two relatively economical hormones, namely 6-benzyladenine (6-BA) and naphthylacetic acid (NAA) for inducible proliferation on the explant; and (D) rooting and transplanting, namely stripping proliferated buds to a rooting medium, decapping and hardening after the roots develop well, cleaning the medium and planting in a mixed medium of peat and perlite. According to the method, the operation is simple and raw materials are economical and practical, and a lot of tissue culture seedlings can be obtained within a short period of time for landscaping application.
