The big balloon is internally provided with the small balloon; the main radiator is conformal to the surface of the small balloon, the main radiator comprises two aluminum foil belts along a latitudinal direction and a plurality of aluminum foil belts along a longitude direction, the widths of the aluminum foil belts are the same, and the main radiator is symmetrical to the feed body; the feed body is connected between the upper portion and the lower portion of the main radiator; the gasket is arranged between the upper portion and the lower portion of the feed body; and the radio frequency choker is arranged at the lower portion of the aluminum foil belts along the latitudinal direction.
