Abstract

The invention provides a logistics package arrangement system based on an intelligent robot. The system comprises a logistics package detecting and adjusting platform surrounded by mechanical arm baffle plates in six directions of up, down, front, back, left and right; conveying belts are arranged on two sides of the lower mechanical arm baffle plates; each mechanical arm baffle plate is connected with a mechanical arm through a rotating joint; image label identifying equipment for acquiring logistics package surface images to determine planes of logistics labels is respectively arranged in center of each mechanical arm baffle plate; each mechanical arm is connected with a corresponding driving unit; and the image label identifying equipment and the driving units of all the mechanical arms are both connected with a central processing unit. The invention further provides a logistics package arrangement method based on the intelligent robot. The system enables logistics packages to always keep upward labels through robot processing, so that the working efficiency of a logistics system is improved, and the logistics cost is reduced; and the system is simple in realization principle and low in cost, achieves a certain robustness on different packages, and is convenient in wide-range popularization and application.
