Abstract

The invention provides a simulation cockpit with three degrees of freedom. The simulation cockpit comprises a base, upright posts, installation mandrels, driving wheel sets and a hollow-spherical cockpit body. The upright posts are fixed to the base; the driving wheel sets are mounted on the installation mandrels on the upright posts; the hollow-spherical cockpit body is arranged on the driving wheel sets. Two of the installation mandrels are in parallel arrangement and the other one is in perpendicular arrangement. The driving wheel sets rotate around the installation mandrels to drive the cockpit body to rotate by 360 degrees in all sides; thus, simulation is realized to the utmost extent. By matching of sound, light, shake, lifting, airflow and the like inside the cockpit body, verisimilitude effect of simulation experience is improved.
