Abstract

The invention relates to a magnetic sensing device and a real-time self-inspection method thereof. The magnetic sensing device comprises a self-inspection coil, a magnetic sensor and a signal processing circuit, wherein the self-inspection coil is loaded with a high-frequency self-inspection current so as to generate a high-frequency self-inspection magnetic field; the magnetic sensor is used for simultaneously detecting the high-frequency self-inspection magnetic field and a low-frequency external magnetic field so as to obtain magnetic field sensing signals; and the signal processing circuit is used for separating to obtain high-frequency self-inspection signals and low-frequency external field signals from the magnetic field sensing signals. The magnetic sensing device can be used for judging whether the magnetic sensor is saturated based on the high-frequency self-inspection signals and correcting the sensitivity. According to the real-time self-inspection method disclosed by the invention, the self-inspection signals and external field signals of the magnetic sensor are obtained in real time, and the detection of the external field signals is not influenced by the self-inspection signals.
