Abstract

Embodiments of the invention provide a communication method used for a TDD system and an apparatus thereof. The TDD system is configured with a channel of a first mode and a channel of a second mode. The channel of the second mode possesses shorter transmission interval time (TTI) compared to the channel of the first mode. The method comprises the following steps of receiving data from a downlink channel of the second mode; and in at least one special subframe, sending transmission confirmation information aiming at received data through using at least one uplink channel of the second mode. The embodiments of the invention provide a corresponding communication method and a method for coordinating different communication modes in the TDD system. Besides, the embodiments of the invention also provide a corresponding apparatus. In the technical scheme, time delay can be effectively reduced and simultaneously uplink and downlink transmission performance of the TDD system can be increased.
