Problems solved by technology

[0003] The method for grafting seedlings at the top of the zero cotyledon of the cucumber rootstock of the present invention completely cuts off the top growth point and all the cotyledons of the rootstock, prevents the rootstock from sprouting and regenerating, solves the problems of inter-plant canopy and high humidity caused by the rootstock cotyledons, and significantly reduces labor costs. It has important scientific significance and practical value to achieve high-quality and high-efficiency grafting cultivation of cucumber

Embodiment 1

[0019] Materials: Pumpkin rootstock variety Weizhen No. 1 is from Jinan Weili Seed Industry Co., Ltd., cucumber scion variety Zhongnong No. 8 is from Vegetable and Flower Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, 72-hole plastic plugs are from Taizhou Longji Plastic Industry Co., Ltd., peat for seedlings, Vermiculite and perlite were from Beijing Vegetable Technology Co., Ltd.

[0020] Method: Pick pumpkin rootstock seeds and cucumber scion seeds with the same size and plumpness, soak the seeds in warm soup, and sow them directly in the 72-hole plastic filled with peat, vermiculite, and perlite 3:1:1 (v / v) mixed matrix. Plug trays, glass greenhouses under natural environmental conditions and conventional water and fertilizer management. When the cotyledons of the rootstock seedlings are first unfolded, the cotyledons of the scion seedlings are flat and the diameter of the first true leaf is about 3cm, first use a cutting blade at the bottom 1.5mm of the to...

Embodiment 2

[0023] Materials: Pumpkin rootstock variety Jingxinzhen No. 6 is from Beijing Jingyan Yinong Seed Industry Technology Co., Ltd., cucumber scion variety Zhongnong 202 is from Vegetable and Flower Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, plastic plugs are from Taizhou Longji Plastic Industry Co., Ltd., peat for seedling cultivation , vermiculite and perlite were from Beijing Vegetable Technology Co., Ltd.

[0024] Method: Pumpkin rootstock seeds and cucumber scion seeds were soaked in warm soup, and then sowed in 50-hole plastic plug trays filled with peat and vermiculite 3:1 (v / v) mixed substrate, and divided into three treatments: (1) Scion Self-rooted seedlings, no grafting; (2) top grafting, rootstock seedlings first true leaf 5cm, remove rootstock true leaves and growth points, scion cotyledons half spread, carry out top grafting; (3) rootstock zero cotyledon casing grafting, Operation is carried out according to Example 1. When the first true leaf o...

Abstract

The invention discloses a cucumber rootstock zero-cotyledon top-end casing grafting seedling raising method. The method comprises the following steps: cutting out a slope of 45-60 degrees in a position which is 1-3mm away from the lower part of the apical growing point of a pumpkin rootstock seedling, removing two cotyledons and growing points, reserving the hypocotyl and the root system of the rootstock seedling, and inserting the top end of the epicotyl into a casing; performing cutting in a position which is 1.0-1.8cm away from the lower part of the apical growing point of a cucumber scion seedling according to the same angle of 45-60 degrees, reserving embryonic axes and leaves at the upper part, and inserting the scion seedling into the casing; and enabling the two inclined cuts of the rootstock and the scion to abut against each other, thereby ensuring healing and seedling establishment. The growing points and all the cotyledons of the rootstock are thoroughly removed, so that no sprout tiller is regenerated at the top end of the rootstock, thereby omitting the sprout tiller removal procedure during cucumber grafting seedling raising, and greatly saving the labor cost; and favorable ventilation is ensured among the grafted seedlings, so that the incidence rate of diseases such as powdery mildew and the like is obviously lowered. The cucumber rootstock zero-cotyledon top-end casing grafting seedling raising method is simple to operate, high in grafting survival rate and low in incidence rate, realizes no sprout tiller regeneration on the rootstock, and achieves a favorable yielding ability after permanent planting.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of vegetable cultivation, in particular to a method for cultivating seedlings by casing grafting at the top of cucumber rootstock zero cotyledons. Background technique [0002] Grafting seedlings, as an important technical measure to prevent soil-borne diseases such as fusarium wilt, increase yield, and improve quality, has been widely used in cucumber cultivation practice (Shen Qiong, Cui Jian, Shen Tairong, Wei Min, Wang Xiufeng. 2014. Grafting cucumber fruit surface wax Correlation between powder formation and rootstock and its silicon absorption and distribution characteristics. Journal of Plant Nutrition and Fertilizer, 20(1): 254-258; Li Hao. 2014. Research on the physiological and molecular mechanism of grafting to improve temperature stress resistance of cucumber. Zhejiang University PhD dissertation). At present, cucumber grafting methods mainly include top grafting, sticking, and leaning (Ma Qing, Zhao Rui,...
