Problems solved by technology

Although this structure increases the clamping force of the spring and improves the flow field of the coolant, since the fuel rod will be in contact with the contact part 1 of the spring during the insertion process, and the existence of the slit 5 will inevitably scratch the fuel. The risk of rod cladding, causing safety hazards, and thus making the safety of nuclear power plants not guaranteed

Embodiment Construction

[0024] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0025] Such as Figure 2-4 As shown, an embodiment of a spring provided by the present invention can be used in a positioning grid of a nuclear fuel assembly. The spring 10 includes a contact portion 11, a connecting portion 12, etc., and contacts the fuel rod through the contact portion 11 to press the fuel rod and keep it in the cells of the positioning grid.

[0026] The contact portion 11 is a flat plate, and its length direction is parallel to the axial ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a nuclear fuel component, a positioning grid and a spring. The spring comprises a contact part and two connecting parts, wherein the contact part is in tight pressing and contact with a fuel rod of a fuel component; the two connecting parts are arranged at two ends of the contact part in directions far away from the fuel rod; and water flowing holes are formed in positions close to the contact part, in the connecting parts. As the water flowing holes are formed in the connecting parts of the spring in positions close to the contact part, the flowing blocking area of the spring is reduced, and furthermore the pressure loss of the positioning grid is reduced; in addition, as the water flowing holes are not formed in the contact part, scratching of the fuel rod in the insertion process is avoided; and furthermore, due to formation of the water flowing holes, the rigidity of the spring is degraded, the elastic clamping force of the spring is increased, and the fuel rod can be relatively well clamped.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of nuclear power, in particular to a nuclear fuel assembly, a positioning grid and a spring. Background technique [0002] A nuclear reactor is a chain nuclear fission reaction through artificial control of fissile substances, which is used to generate heat, etc., and generate electricity. [0003] In existing nuclear reactors, nuclear fuel is usually processed into fuel rods, which are combined with control rods and installed in positioning grids to form nuclear fuel assemblies. Usually, the positioning grid includes several strips 3, and the strips 3 are intersected on the same horizontal plane to form a plurality of cells. Fuel rods, control rods, etc. are installed in corresponding cells to form an integral nuclear fuel assembly. [0004] In order to clamp the fuel rods in the positioning grid, springs are usually installed in the grid cells in the prior art, and the fuel rods are clamped in the grid c...
