The method comprises the following steps: carrying out filtering processing on a video frame image through the KB filter to obtain a filtered image; selecting a corresponding high frequency point threshold value; searching high frequency point maximum value of an image region; judging whether the searched high frequency point maximum value is smaller than the selected high frequency point threshold value; if so, jumping out of the current coding unit recursive partitioning program; or otherwise, carrying out recursive partitioning continuously on a current coding unit based on a QTBT algorithm.
