Problems solved by technology

[0004] In order to solve the defect that the joystick has no rudder surface load feedback on the one hand and the two joysticks cannot move synchronously in the traditional fly-by-wire control system, the present invention designs a ball motor that can be applied to the active sidestick system of the aircraft. The ball motor is connected to the left and right sides of the existing aircraft control panel 10A to form a double ball motor control system

Embodiment Construction

[0057] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0058] see figure 1 As shown, a kind of double ball motor that is used for aircraft active sidestick system of the present invention design is to respectively install two ball motors with the same structure on the left and right sides of existing aircraft control panel 10A, i.e. left ball motor 10B and Right ball motor 10C.

[0059] see figure 1 , Figure 2A , Figure 2B , Figure 2C As shown, the ball motor designed by the present invention includes A hemispherical stator 1, B hemispherical stator 2, rotor 3, output rod 4, base 5, armature winding assembly 6, magnetic block assembly 7 and bullseye bearing assembly 8. Wherein, the A hemispherical stator 1 and the B hemispherical stator 2 have the same structure; after the A hemispherical stator 1 and the B hemispherical stator 2 are docked, a hollow sphere is formed, and the rotor 3 is placed in the holl...

Abstract

The invention discloses a spherical motor for an active side lever system of an airplane, and the spherical motor is connected with the left and right sides of a conventional airplane operating panel (10A), thereby forming a double-sphere motor operating system. The spherical motor comprises an A semi-sphere stator (1), a B semi-sphere stator (2), a rotor (3), an output rod (4), a pedestal (5), an armature winding assembly (6), a magnetic block assembly (7), and a universal ball bearing assembly (8). The A semi-sphere stator (1) and the B semi-sphere stator (2) are connected in a manner of butt joint to form a hollow sphere, and the rotor (3) is disposed in the hollow sphere. The output rod (4) is installed at the upper part of the rotor (3), and the A semi-sphere stator (1) and the B semi-sphere stator (2) are installed on the pedestal (5). The armature winding assembly (6) and the universal ball bearing assembly (8) are installed on the A semi-sphere stator (1) and the B semi-sphere stator (2). The magnetic block assembly (7) is installed in a gap of the rotor (3). The double-sphere motor operating system achieves the force feedback of a steering plane load and the synchronization of two output rods, and reduces the misoperation, caused by the shortage of experience of one side, of the airplane.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a ball motor, more particularly, to a ball motor used in an active side stick system of an aircraft. Background technique [0002] Fly-By-Wire (FBW) is a method in the aviation field that converts the pilot's manipulation input into an electrical signal through a converter, processes it with a computer or an electronic controller, and then transmits it to an actuator through a cable. A manipulation system. It saves the mechanical transmission and hydraulic lines in the traditional control system. Active Control Technology (ACT) and Fly-by-wire Flight Control (FBW) systems, the emergence of these two new technologies had a huge impact on the development of aircraft. The active sidestick is a fly-by-wire sidestick control system with active control technology. It can make it possible to integrate the main control functions of flight control, thrust control and fire control of the aircraft, thus greatly improving the performanc...
