Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a system and a method for removing volatile components in a polymer. The system comprises a first volatillizer, a second volatillizer and heat exchangers corresponding to the volatillizers, wherein the first volatillizer comprises a first separating chamber, a first solution inlet, a first solution outlet and a first gas outlet; the second volatillizer comprises a second separating chamber, a second solution inlet, a second solution outlet and a second gas outlet; the second solution inlet is located in the top part of the second volatillizer, and is connected with an outlet of the heat exchanger corresponding to the second volatillizer. A heater corresponding to the second volatillizer is arranged at the top part of the second volatillizer, and the outlet of the heat exchanger is connected with the second solution inlet of the second volatilizer, so that by applying the system and the method provided by the invention, the requirement on the heating accuracy of the heat exchanger corresponding to the second volatillizer and the restriction of pipeline length can be reduced, the content of the volatile components in the polymer can be effectively reduced, and the purity of a polymer product is improved.
