Abstract

The slate soft tile contains the following components in percentage by weight: 10%-14% of water, 0.3%-0.7% of cellulose, 7%-9% of an industrial emulsion, 27.7%-31.3% of mineral powder and 45%-55% of quartz sand. The invention further provides a process method of the slate soft tile. The process method comprises the following steps: mixing: mixing the raw materials together to obtain a mixture, adding a proper amount of coloring matters into the mixture, and uniformly stirring by virtue of a stirring machine, so as to form a slurry; mold filling: spraying a layer of slurry to the mold by virtue of a slurry pump, paving a glass fiber net on the surface of the slurry, spraying another layer of slurry to the glass fiber net by virtue of the slurry pump until the glass fiber net is submerged in the slurry; heating, putting the mold filled with the slurry into a baking oven, setting the temperature at 75-85 DEG C, and heating for 2.5-3.5 hours; and demolding: manually or mechanically taking out the soft tile put in the mold.
