Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, most transmission line poles and towers adopt the method of graphical modeling, and 3DS MAX software is used for manual modeling. The modeling environment is stable, powerful, and easy to operate. At the same time, the model is compatible with AutoCAD and provides a variety of data export formats, but Manual modeling has the defects of low efficiency, modeling quality varies from person to person, and results are not easy to check and modify
In the current conventional parametric modeling technology, the definition of the basic section of the tower component is realized by performing Boolean operations on the parametric section, and the three-dimensional modeling of the tower is realized by using methods such as moving, copying, stretching, and gradient. Poor textures and rendering

Abstract

The invention provides a pole parameterization modeling method in a three-dimension GIS system. The method comprises following steps: resolving a pole structure to obtain assemblies for pole modeling; determining modeling parameters of the assemblies, determining assemblies and the modeling parameters of the assemblies according to the assemblies and the modeling operation thereof, and parameterization modeling for the pole in the three-dimension GIS system. According to the method of the invention, the engineering effect after the establishment of electric transmission lines can be comprehensively, systematically and directly previewed by designers and audit personnel and the three-dimension display of electric transmission poles in a GIS platform is realized; the pole three-dimension model built with the method supports sharing and application within an engineering life period and the pole is seamlessly integrated with the landforms by means of a three-dimension GIS; the three-dimension geometrical model and parameter information are organically integrated and synchronously updated so as to realize optimization of the pole three-dimension model.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of overhead transmission lines, in particular to a parametric modeling method for towers in a three-dimensional GIS system. Background technique [0002] The design of overhead transmission lines is carried out using two-dimensional data, the information is not intuitive, and the expression effect is poor. Using virtual reality technology to establish a three-dimensional model of the tower according to the design drawing can significantly improve the quality of transmission line design. [0003] At present, most transmission line poles and towers adopt the method of graphical modeling, and 3DS MAX software is used for manual modeling. The modeling environment is stable, powerful, and easy to operate. At the same time, the model is compatible with AutoCAD and provides a variety of data export formats, but Manual modeling has the disadvantages of low efficiency, modeling quality varies from person to person, and results...
