The loading device comprises an inner clamp, an outer clamp, a tested piece and a test system, wherein the inner clamp is composed of a circular lining and a pin shaft; the outer clamp is composed of a C-shaped arc arm plate, a circular plate, a bolt, a pin and a tester chuck; the test system comprises high-power microscopes, a microscope reading rod, a tester, a control switch and a test treating system. The static loading or fatigue loading tests for single I, II and III type cracks and a multi-type combined three-dimensional compound type crack can be realized in the manner of adjusting an assembling angle of the clamp on the tester. The high-power microscopes arranged on the two sides of the crack surface of the tested piece can be used for observing the extension form including length and angle of the three-dimensional crack in real time.
