Problems solved by technology

However, there are few reports on the application of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens cells to antiseptic preservation of various fruits after harvest. The present invention mainly uses different active components of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens as preservatives and sprays them on the surface of various perishable fruits. , such as loquat, pear, apple, cherry tomato, to observe its fresh-keeping effect

Embodiment Construction

[0030] The following is a detailed introduction to the methods of preventing and controlling postharvest spoilage of common fruits with Bacillus amyloliquefaciens preparations containing different active ingredients.

[0031] (1) The inhibitory effect of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens on the PDA plate to Penicillium expanses:

[0032] 1. Bacillus amyloliquefaciens B4 for biocontrol, the identification results are as follows figure 1 , has good in vitro anti-Penicillium activity.

[0033] 2. Preparation of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens fermentation broth, bacterial suspension and supernatant for biocontrol

[0034] 1) Activation: Bacillus amyloliquefaciens for biocontrol was cultured in LB medium at 37° C. for 10 h. Then repeat the subculture twice and wait for use.

[0035] 2) Fermentation broth preparation and concentration determination: pick appropriate amount of bacteria with an inoculation loop into a 250mL Erlenmeyer flask filled with 50mL LB liquid medium, shake and culture...

Abstract

The invention discloses a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain used for biocontrol, and a use thereof. The Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain is preserved in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center with the preservation number of CGMCC No.13466. The Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain is prepared through separation culture of the strain and 16S rDNA molecular identification. The Bacillus amyloliquefaciens is cultured to obtain different active substances (including a fermentation liquid, a supernatant and a bacterial suspension). The different active substances have an inhibition effect on decayed fungi (blue moulds and alternaria) on the surfaces of common fruits in vitro; and the strain can be used to anticorrosion during the storage of loquats, pears, cherry tomatoes and apples. The screened Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain and products thereof can effectively inhibit the postharvest corruption of various fruits, and can be used for preparing a biocontrol fresh-keeping agent able to inhibit blue moulds, alternaria and other decayed fungi and with wide bacteriostasis spectrum.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biotechnology in which a strain of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens can prevent and treat various postharvest diseases of fruits, and specifically applies a strain of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens for biocontrol and its application in fruit storage. Background technique [0002] The huge loss caused by postharvest diseases of fruits has become a concern at home and abroad. In developed countries, about 10% to 30% of fresh fruits are lost due to rot due to postharvest diseases, and postharvest rot is more serious in developing countries. At present, the prevention and control methods of postharvest diseases of fruits mainly include chemical fungicides, controlled atmosphere storage, low temperature disease prevention, heat treatment, etc. Among them, chemical antisepsis has the best effect. Biological control does not have the problems of environmental pollution, pesticide residues and continuous use of chemical resistance c...
