Embodiment Construction

[0019] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and example the present invention is further described

[0020] The user selects the OSD image to be superimposed from the current directory of the program through the interactive interface, and sets the overall mixed transparency value parameter alpha, where the value ranges from (0 to 255), a total of 256 levels. The selected OSD picture data will be loaded into the OSD window, and the width parameter i and height parameter j of the picture will be recorded.

[0021] The real-time video data transparency value is alpha, and the OSD image transparency value is 255-alpha. See figure 2 , a test picture with a size of 400x272, which is used to superimpose and fuse with real-time video images, from which it can be seen that the OSD test picture is a completely non-transparent picture, and the transparency value is 255 by default.

Abstract

The invention discloses a stacking method and system of a video image with adjustable transparency based on an OMAP chip. The system comprises a user operation module, an acquisition module, a storage module, an ARM control module, a DSP operation module and a display module. A user selects a picture wanting to be stacked to display and a transparency value thereof through an interaction interface of the user operation module, preprocesses an OSD (on-screen-display) picture, and then writes in a cache zone of the storage module; the OMAP chip ARM control module and acquisition module acquire real-time video data in a specific format; the OMAP chip DSP operation module perform pixel-level weighted computation on the real-time video data and the picture data according to a set transparency value; and the display module display a final stacking fusion effect through an LCD screen. An operation of stacking the transparent OSD on the real-time video is independent of the complexity of the picture selected by the user, the real-time modification of the mixed transparence is supported, and the flexibility and the convenience of the OSD are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of digital video image processing and display, and relates to an OSD (On Screen Display, on-screen display) implementation method and system. Background technique [0002] In the application of multimedia digital image processing technology, the video detection system is often the focus of attention. There are two commonly used video image overlay methods: [0003] 1) Stacking using stacking chips [0004] 2) Use a counter to count pixels for overlay [0005] These two methods are only suitable for superimposing simple characters, and it is difficult to support complex graphics, so the amount of information contained in OSD is small. Moreover, the characters will completely cover the information of the original video image when the image is superimposed, and it does not support the adjustment of transparency, and cannot adapt to the change of the video superposition fusion scene. In addition, these two m...
