Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of based on an unsensitive filtering method, determining a target tracking data time interval upper limit; according to the target tracking data time interval upper limit, setting a target tracking time interval set; initializing a population, and setting a cross probability factor and an iteration algebra, wherein the population is set according to a current target tracking number and the target tracking time interval set; according to a mask operation method, carrying out mutation operation on each individual in the population so as to acquire a variation individual; carrying out crossover operation on the individual and the variation individual so as to generate a progeny crossover individual; using a one-to-one greedy sieve to compare a child individual to a corresponding father individual and storing a better one to a next generation, wherein the child individual is the progeny crossover individual and the father individual is the individual corresponding to the progeny crossover individual; and repeating the step4 to step6 till that the iteration algebra is equal to a target iteration algebra.
