The tea cream is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of Urena procumbens Linn. root, 12-15 parts of Nepeta fordii, 10-15 parts of Drymaria cordata, 10-13 parts of Sonerila cantonensis Stapf, 9-12 parts of Gentiana apiata, 8-12 parts of Marasmius oreades, 7-10 parts of evening primrose, 5-8 parts of black fungus, 3-5 parts of safflower, 10-15 parts of dark plum, 50-60 parts of tea, 2-5 parts of honey and 0.5-1 part of pectinase. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preliminary treatment; (2) decoction; (3) fruit pulp making; (4) tea soup making; (5) concentration; and (6) mixing.
