The second manner includes: (1) preparing a polymer solution; (2) preparing a viscosity reducer solution; and (3) injecting the polymer solution as a first slug to a stratum from a water well by using an injection pump, and injecting the viscosity reducer solution as a second slug to the stratum from the water well. The invention also discloses an oil displacement composition, i.e., the mixed solution of the step (3) in the first manner.
